I don't type a lot of journals (mostly because I never have anything interesting to say) But seeing as how the last one ranted about HXH being liscensed and excitement to get it, and now its out, I figured I might as well put up a new one.

I managed to buy HXH earlier than the release date because FYE had it and they release some stuff before it comes out. So I bought it and watched it.

........sigh.

Time to rant. First of all, 3 out of the 4 main characters have their names pronounced WRONG. They say Leorio ok a little, but it sounds like their stressing it too much. Killua's name was alright. But, c'mon, how do you even screw up GON?!?!? Its pronounced like "gone" but they go ahead and say Gawn. And then theres kurapica. They say it like its two words! Ugh, I almost screamed when I heard "Kura Pica" >.<

No to mention the fact gon's voice is WAAAAY too deep. Killua should have a deeper voice, but gons got a freakin man voice almost.
Worst of all, Kurapica's voiced by a WOMAN. A 18-yr old man is voiced by a WOMAN IN ENGLISH. Apparently they don't understand that its ok in japanese but not in english, bucause then the women try to hard. It sounds awful. My poor Kura D:

But yeah, so everyone whos gonna watch that or already has, I feel so bad for you, they destroyed it. But then again thats only to be expected.

Just look at Naruto. >.>
